Bön teachings as given by Nyima Rinpoche

 

If we wish to practice and learn the deeper

essence of Bön, then the best and most proper

way is to start with the very basics, or preliminaries

also known as the Ngondro, and then advance

to higher levels. This is the most meaningful

and beneficial way.

Nyima Rinpoche instructs his disciples to practice

step-by-step, building a good foundation of

practice and understanding of Bön teaching. Bön teaching is like an ocean, becoming deeper and deeper. As you understand and practice, the more there is to understand and practice: you will find it continually opening to your inner wisdom.
